Regular Commissions - Terms of Service

I can draw:
furry/anthro;
complex objects (charged extra, except emotes).

I won't draw:
Extreme fetishes;
gore;
humans;
complex backgrounds.

General info→ I reserve the right to deny a commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it.
→ Commissions containing complex objects such as guns (example) are charged extra and won't be accepted when requested via Ko-fi.
→ Due to Ko-fi Terms, I can only accept SFW and slightly suggestive commissions by this payment.
→ Suggestive and NSFW commissions are paid using Paypal, you must be 18 or older to request this type of commission.
→ I'll send Wips as the commission progresses and ask for your feedback before I keep working on the commission.
→ I usually post some of my commissions on social media, if you wish for your commission to be private, mention it in my DM or on your request.
→ I give a 4 weeks deadline to all my regular commissions, but they usually are finished earlier based on slot priority and complexity.
→ Provide reference of the character, the more the better.

Additional info for EMOTE commissions

→ I can draw Humans for this type of commission.
→ Complex Objects can be requested on Ko-fi for emote commissions and won't be charged extra.
→ Emotes can be drawn with different sizes and peculiarities, if you judge necessary, specify the app or website you're going to use them.
→ You can use the commissioned emotes on your Twitch/YouTube channel as a subscription reward, if you wish to use them on other websites following a similar logic, it must be requested permission.

Copyright

→ I retain full rights to the original artwork. The commissions are for personal use only, you can not claim it as your own.
→ You are allowed to do minor changes to the artwork as long as responsible (no crime or the incitement of one).
→ Commissioned artworks are not allowed to be used for AI.
→ Commissions are for non commercial purpose only, you may not print intending to make profit from it or use as promotion on behalf of a large business.
→ You can use the commissioned artwork on your Twitch/YouTube channel as a subscription reward, if you wish to use the artwork on other websites following a similar logic, it must be requested permission.
→ No need to credit me, but I’ll be thankful if you do.

Payment & Refund policy

→ I accept payment via Ko-fi and Paypal, payment in advance or 50% in advance and 50% after artwork is finished (paypal).
→ You can contact me on my socials and describe your commission request before proceeding to payment.

Refunds→ In case of cancellation from part of the client, a refund will be received based on the commission progress.
→ In case of an inability scenario from my part to finish a commission, a full refund will be received.
